    Event Description:

    Stanley Bermudez has been an artist for the last thirty-seven years and an art professor for the last twenty years. This series of paintings are explorations of color and three-dimensionality using a variety of materials and equipment. The work has been influenced in part by the work of Carlos Cruz Diez and Jesus Soto, the tropical colors of his home country of Venezuela as well as recent trips in the summer of 2017 and 2018 to China, one of the highlights of his art career.
