PORTALES — The Eastern New Mexico University women’s basketball program is hosting a trio of camps in June.
The first camp, set for June 9, is an elite camp for advanced basketball skill work. The cost is $95 per athlete or $80 per athlete if two or more players from the same school attend.
An individual skills camp will be offered 9 a.m.-3 p.m. June 11-13 for boys and girls in grades K-8. The cost is $100 per camper ($80 for a child of an ENMU employee or military personnel), $75 for each additional sibling and $25 for the child to stay until 5 p.m. Campers receive a basketball and a T-shirt, with lunch provided each day.
A team camp will be offered June 18-20, with teams playing between seven and nine games. The cost is $650 for one team, or $575 each if bringing multiple teams, and a $35 overnight fee per player. Head coaches eat for free and all coaches stay for free, but additional coaches have a $20 registration fee added. The camp includes a hospitality room, coaches gift and a T-shirt for all campers.
