Non-profit Monarch Formals holding annual fundraiser virtually this year
A PANDEMIC CAN’T TAKE AWAY OUR MAGIC!
That is the theme to our 9th annual Princess Party to benefit Monarch Formals.
I am writing on the behalf of Monarch Formals, a nonprofit organization providing formal wear to those in need. On 24 October 2020, Monarch Formals will be hosting its next fundraiser, the 9th Annual Princess Party, and this year we are going VIRTUAL. During this trying time, we need your help.
Monarch Formals was the first organization of its kind to provide formalwear in the High Plains area. The success of this fundraiser has nearly sustained our program for the past twelve years. Monarch Formals established in 2008 and has provided hundreds of gowns and tuxes for prom, homecoming, pageants, banquets, weddings, military events and other formal events. Hosting prom extravaganza during prom season to assist high school students, and helping numerous individuals since our inception, Monarch Formals provides hundreds of items each year to our high plains community. Monarch Formals provides formals to anyone attending a formal event accepting donations only. We are really focusing on having agencies who provide services to women, children and families at our event this year.
Our princess party event has always been a great success and each year the funds raised help sustain our program. This year has been trying for us as we have not been able to open our doors since March due to the pandemic. Just like many, we are eager to move into the next phase and “new normal” with more formal events and for individuals who need formal attire.
This event will not be possible without your sponsorship. Monarch Formals is looking for civic/community organizations and businesses to provide financial sponsorship for the Princess Party. All contributions will be greatly appreciated and help continue to the mission of Monarch Formals.

How You Can Help
Become a Sponsor
Promote your business or organization. As a sponsor your name will be displayed on the back of the event shirt and all social media marketing. Prior to our virtual concert and dance party, we are delivering goodie bags to our participants. Our princess cast will be maintaining social distancing and delivering the goodie bags. You are welcome to provide flyers, coupons or other business/organizational information. We would love to fill the swag bags with crafts, candy, small toys or anything to help these young girls experience our annual event amid current circumstances.

Become a Donor
Your tax deductible financial and/or in-kind support is a major factor in Monarch Formals success and future. Your donation will be used to help pay for the event, supplies, and swag bag items. All sponsors will be recognized with your name on the back of our shirts and our social media marketing.
