    ELECTION DAY: April 4, 2019—Poll Closes at 7:00 p.m.
    POLL LOCATION: Office of the City Clerk, Portales City Hall

    QUESTION
    ON BALLOT: “Question is whether Ordinance No. 737 should become effective—YES OR NO.” Ordinance No.737 amends existing city code to expand the uses of Local Option Development Act Funds with no increase in current taxes for economic development projects.

    ELIGIBLE VOTERS: Persons Registered to Vote inside the Portales City Limits.
    MAIL OR HAND-DELIVER SEALED BALLOTS TO THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK.
