    The Roosevelt County Chamber announced the winners of the annual Portales Lighted Christmas Parade held Friday, Dec. 1. Leading the parade was Little Miss Merry Christmas 2023 Janae Kuchta and her court of princesses. Janae is the daughter of Josh and Dawn Kuchta of Floyd.     Road work scheduled for South Roosevelt Road 7
